What a run does
The block reads Kind, Message and Deliver to and sends one
message to the app.
A wired Message outranks the field.
It leaves by onComplete at once, and has no onFailed port.
In-app adds the message to the Notifications tile and raises a bubble titled
Scheduler.
The bubble is hidden when its switch is off in the Notifications pane of
Settings.
Kind Error uses Errors, and the other kinds use
Warnings and info.
Desktop sends the operating system's notification only.
No switch in Settings applies to it.
The first one can ask the operating system for permission, and nothing shows if it
is denied.
In-app and desktop does both.
An empty or unknown Deliver to value does this too.
